Downtown Doodles captures the vibrant energy of downtown Cincinnati through a playful, abstract cityscape. Bold black lines twist and overlap across colorful buildings, creating a sense of movement, rhythm, and the organized chaos of city life. Splashes of bright color peek through the sketch-like architecture, reflecting the personality, creativity, and constant motion of the Queen City. The piece is an expressive celebration of Cincinnati, imperfect, energetic, colorful, and full of life. (20x20, 1.5 inch)
The Queen's Two-Step is a vibrant, energetic interpretation of Cincinnati, The Queen City in motion. Layered lines, color, and expressive marks capture the rhythm of the city, while its architecture becomes a lively dance across the canvas. The Queen’s Two-Step celebrates Cincinnati’s character, movement, and ever-changing energy. (20x20, 1.5 inch)
City Scribbles is a lively interpretation of the Cincinnati skyline, blending bold color with loose, energetic linework. The tall buildings rise through a web of expressive black marks, giving the piece a playful sense of movement and urban rhythm. Bright blues, oranges, greens, yellows, and reds bring the Queen City to life, while the imperfect, hand-drawn forms celebrate Cincinnati in a fun, modern, and imaginative way. (20x20, 1.5 inch)
Queen City Blues is a bold expressive view of Cincinnati, The Queen City immersed in shades of blue. Colorful buildings rise above the river and bridges, capturing the city’s energy, character, and reflection. The deep blues create a mood that is both soulful and vibrant, celebrating Cincinnati through its architecture, movement, and unmistakable spirit. (20x20, 1.5 inch)
Nati Neon City: 20x20 wrapped canvas
Bashful Pastel is my softer, quieter take on a cityscape. Instead of the bright, bold colors I often use, I wanted to see what would happen if I let the colors whisper a little. The buildings and houses seem to peek through layers of soft pinks, blues, yellows, and greens. Some are easy to find, while others almost disappear into the background. I love that you have to spend a little time with the painting to discover everything that's there. Even though the colors are more delicate, I still wanted the piece to have movement. The loose black lines, imperfect shapes, and scattered windows keep your eye wandering through the painting. This city isn't shouting for your attention, it’s a little bashful, and you have to come closer to get to know it. I think that last sentence is especially fitting for this painting—and it sounds like something you could actually say when someone at an art show asks, “Tell me about this piece.” (24x48, 1.5 inch)
