My name is Linda Chaney, and I’m a self-taught artist from Hamilton, Ohio. I’ve been painting for over 20 years, but it wasn’t until the last few years that I decided to truly pursue my passion and take my art seriously. I also started my LLC, Art by Linda Chaney, and created my online shop to give wearable options for my art.

What fascinates me most about cityscapes are the stories they tell. Every building has a history, and every window holds a mystery. As I paint, I often find myself wondering about the people behind those windows, and what they're doing. That sense of curiosity keeps each piece interesting and playful. I also have a special love for Cincinnati (Queen City & The Nati), and it’s iconic Roebling Bridge, which has inspired many of my paintings.

Through my artwork, I strive to capture the energy, movement, and beauty of urban life. Using bright, bold colors and strong shapes, I love capturing the emotions and rhythm within a cityscape. To me, cities are more than just places, they have a personality, a pulse, and a story to tell. Color is what brings that feeling to life.
